Nephrology

Dr Bhadran Bose is a Senior Staff Specialist at Nepean and Blue Mountains Local Health District with special interests in glomerular diseases. He is also visiting medical officer at Westmead private, Norwest private and Nepean private hospitals.

Dr Bose did his MBBS in India and his MRCP in the United Kingdom. He then moved to Australia, and after completing his Nephrology training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, he did a year of posting FRACP fellowship at the University of Toronto, Canada, on glomerular diseases.

He has published original research and narrative reviews in international nephrology journals, have co-authored multiple chapters in textbooks and is a scientific reviewer for various journals. In addition, he is actively involved in research and teaching. He is currently undertaking his PhD with the University of Queensland on “Treatment Glomerular Diseases” with a special focus on membranous nephropathy.

Nephrology

Dr Lucy Wang is a nephrology staff specialist at Nepean Hospital. She is experienced in managing chronic kidney disease, diabetes-related kidney disorders, high blood pressure, patients on dialysis and those who have had a kidney transplant. She has a special interest in preeclampsia and pregnancy-induced hypertension. Dr Wang is fluent in Mandarin.

Dr Wang obtained her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of New South Wales, and was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) following completion of her Nephrology training at Westmead, Nepean and Blacktown Hospitals.

She is actively involved in teaching with the University of Sydney Nepean Clinical School. She has published research in peer-reviewed journals and is currently undertaking research in glomerular disorders in pregnancy. She is a member of SOMANZ and the ISSHP.
